We recently popped into AZ Hops and Vines Winery in Arizona for a tasting sesh that exceeded my expectations. Not only is the place downright fun —we’re talking cornhole & backyard games- but their wines are seriously incredible, too (think bold blends with names like Lil’ Mama’s Rescue Red).

Hey there, wine-o’s! Recently visited Caduceus Cellars Winery in Jerome, AZ, and let me say – this place is like nothing you’ve ever seen before. From the unique tasting room adorned with eclectic art to their daring grape varietals, including Grenache and Mourvedre —every sip was a thrill ride for my taste buds.

To sum it up? We left feeling exhilarated & wondering why they named one of their best wines ‘Nagual del Judith’ (but we’ll leave that mystery unsolved). The uncharted territory awaits your palate!

I recently made my way to the stunning Dos Cabezas winery in Southeastern Arizona and was super impressed. The vineyard’s focus on Rhône varietals such as Grenache – which deserves numerous tastings – is both exciting & applauded. The staff struck me with their knowledge of Mediterranean grapes but also sustainability practices.

The family-owned winery makes several varietals using grapes sourced from their vineyards positioned along sparkling river Verde; one glass after another, there just wasn’t a bad choice: especially that Rosé Javelina Pink.
